A Pizza the Action

We needed a quick lunch today so decided to rustle up one of our speedy favourites – tortilla pizzas made with tasty Violife dairy free cheese. This is always our go-to as not only is it free of dairy but also soya too, plus it melts in a wonderfully gooey way which is obligatory when it comes to pizza.

We topped ours with tomato purèe, olives, mushrooms and cherry plum tomatoes today before grilling under a medium heat for a few minutes.

Make sure to keep a close eye on your pizza as those edges will brown quickly. If you’re feeling fancy top with rocket and a drizzle of oil and imagine you’re in Rome.

Tortilla wraps

Violife Original Slices

Tomato purèe

Olives

Mushrooms

Fresh tomatoes

Dried oregano

How to…

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Spread tomato purèe on a tortilla wrap.
  2. Top with sliced mushrooms, olives, tomato, Violife slices and dried oregano.
  3. Grill for 5 minutes and enjoy!
